Nice painting!
Your color selection in this painting is very calm and relaxing, which adds to the swirly nature of the trees, which helps define the mood as bit mysterious and thus, intriguing, drawing the viewer in. Then, the way the background has been painted with subliminal lines keeps the viewer's eye within the painting.
The only flaw I can find is that the apple looks a little too heart shaped, but that is my own personal opinion, and the apple could easily symbolize something related to the heart, and therefor it is perfectly fine to be more heart shaped.
All in all, amazing job in painting!
